Amber Heard Fired From Jason Momoa's "Aquaman 2":
Heard's firing news comes amid Heard and Johnny Depp's brutal legal battle.
It has now been confirmed by Popcorn Planet that Amber Heard has been fired from Aquaman 2 after rumors surfaced online that she was being replaced by Emilia Clarke, from Game of Thrones. According to an inside source, Heard was fired by Warner Bros due to her failing to comply with some health clauses. More recently, though, Popcorn Planet has also confirmed that Emilia Clarke is not actually replacing heard - leaving it unknown as to who will actually take over Heard's roll in the film. As of right now, the film is slated for release on December 16th, 2022.
The news about Amber Heard's removal from the film comes in the middle of a long continued battle with Johnny Depp. Depp filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife. The trial has now been rescheduled to April 11th and is expected to last for about two weeks while the court deliberates the events between the two ex-spouses.
