Have you ever had a spare $250,000 that you just wanted to spend? Well Drake dose!!!!! it is reported that Drake paid $215,000 a month to rent a luxurious Beverly hills mansion! According to multiple sources Drake has been renting a luxurious 18,000 ft Beverly hills property worth an estimated $65 million for a reported $215,000 per month. What would make a house worth that much money you ask? It's definitely has something to do with the 150-year-old Mediterranean olive tree that was shipped all the way from italy! The 18,000 square foot mansion includes a double height marble atrium entrance way a curved spiral staircase a movie theater among other amenities oh and did we forget to mention it's seven bedrooms and 14 baths this is one amazing rental property this isn't Drake's first home on the West Coast or even in la for that matter. The rap star purchased his YOLO estate and hidden hills in 2012 for 7.7 million a modest compared to the new acquisition Drake also owns a 50k square foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto.
